The qualifying collections go up before the mint. Nothing is listed yet because a wrong name here sends somebody out to buy the wrong NFT.
The checker turns on when the list goes up. It only ever reads balances: no connecting, no signing, no approvals.
Every one of the 2,222 goes to the mint. None are held back.
If the vault wants ghosts it buys them on secondary, at whatever they cost, same as anyone else. That is a description of how the vault is funded and stocked, not a commitment to buy at any particular time, price, or volume.
